GAINER Belt Tension Tester Operating Instructions

After installing the belt, use the following method to easily verify whether the proper tension has been achieved: Apply a force equal to value 1(K) perpendicular to the center of the belt span. This force value 1(K) must be sufficient to produce a deflection of 16 mm per 1,000 mm of span length.
